Initial Contact

We begin when a potential client reaches out through one of our marketing channels. During this stage, we introduce Dira Hub, answer initial questions, and schedule a detailed project briefing if there’s mutual interest.

Confidentiality Agreement

To establish trust, we sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA). Whether using our version or the client’s, our legal team ensures both parties are fully protected before moving forward.

Project Briefing & Requirement Workshop

Led by our executive team and senior developers, this collaborative session helps us understand the client’s vision, goals, and technical requirements to determine the right fit and solution approach.

Research & Proposal Development

Following the workshop, our team conducts in-depth research to analyze the client’s needs and craft a detailed proposal outlining our recommended solution, approach, and scope of work.

Negotiation & Alignment

We discuss the proposal, refine details, and align on pricing, timelines, and deliverables to ensure both sides have a clear and shared understanding of the project plan.

Contract Finalization

Once all terms are agreed upon, the finalized contract is signed by both parties, establishing a binding agreement to guide the project’s execution.

Milestone Planning

Our Chief Product Officer and project leads define key milestones, timelines, and deliverables to ensure progress can be tracked effectively throughout the engagement.

Project Kick-off & Environment Setup

The project officially begins. The design team initiates the UX/UI process while engineers establish the technical architecture and set up development environments.

Progress Updates

We maintain regular communication with weekly progress updates or meetings to ensure transparency and alignment with the client’s expectations.

Testing & Quality Assurance

Rigorous testing and QA are performed throughout the development cycle to ensure functionality, performance, and reliability meet the highest standards.

Project Completion & Handover

Upon completion, we deliver the final solution, conduct knowledge transfer, and provide any necessary documentation and deployment support.

Post-Launch Support
